Are these transactions secure?

Yes. You have more privacy with automatic payments than by writing a check. With electronic payments, the transaction passes electronically from bank to bank. Any information you share with us is completely confidential. We do not share any information with unauthorized third parties.

What happens if I miss a payment

You will receive a notice from us with instructions on how the missed or returned payment will be handled. You may also be assessed a returned payment fee of up to $30 for each attempt that is returned.

How do I change my payment date or amount once my agreement is on the FACTS system?

If your school allows online changes to the payment date, the option will be available after you log in. Click "View Details" next to your payment plan, and under the Upcoming Payments list each payment that is eligible for a payment date change will have the option to click "Change Payment Date". All changes must be received by FACTS at least two (2) business days prior to the automatic payment date in order to affect the upcoming payment.

What if I have a question about my agreement or want to print my payment history?

You may check balances, tuition and fees paid, print reports, and view scheduled payments by logging in to your account at online.factsmgt.com,or you may call us toll-free at 866.441.4637 for assistance.

How can I change my financial information on file?

Bank account or credit card changes can be made online at online.factsmgt.com if you are the plan owner. After logging in, choose the "Financial Accounts" option at the top and choose "Change Account" under the payment plan or incidentals account you want to update. For your protection, only the plan owner and additional authorized party can change banking information. All financial account changes must be made at least two (2) business days before any automatically drafted payment.

I forgot my username/password. How do I login?

To retrieve your username or password, visit this link. If you’ve forgotten your username, it will be sent to the email address associated with your account. If you’ve forgotten your password, a link will be emailed to the email address associated with your account that allows you to reset your password.

Can I make payments with a credit or debit card?

Yes, you will see an option to pay by card when enrolling in a payment plan, making a payment, or editing your banking information online. There is a 2.95% fee charged for paying by credit or debit card.

What is the cost to set up a payment plan?

If an enrollment fee is due, the amount of the fee is indicated when setting up your agreement. If applicable, the nonrefundable FACTS enrollment fee will be automatically processed within 14 days of the agreement being posted to the FACTS system.

How do I make changes to my demographics on the FACTS system?

Changes to your address, phone number or email address can be made at online.factsmgt.com or by contacting your school.

Who is Foundations Academy for?

Foundations Academy is for anyone in the Chattanooga/ North Georgia area looking for quality Christian education for their child(ren).

What are your school day hours?

Class starts promptly at 8:15 a.m. and ends at 2:45 p.m. Children arriving after 8:15 are considered tardy.

Is there a charge for late pick-up?

There is a $1 per minute charge after pick-up that will be applied to your Family Portal billing account.

How early/late may I drop off/pick up my child?

Students may arrive at 8:00 a.m. at no charge for an 8:15 a.m. class start time. Foundations Academy offers an aftercare program for families who need care for their children outside of regular school hours. After School care is offered until 5:30 p.m.

How can I help?

There are several opportunities to help at Foundations Academy:

  1. Pray: Pray for the students and teachers, pray for other families in the school, and pray for the administration. Prayers for safety, moving of the Holy Spirit, tough decisions that have to be made, success, and grace.
  2. Volunteer: There are many opportunities to volunteer in the classroom, lunchroom, fine arts/enrichment class, and even at home.
  3. Share: Tell others about our school. Invite them to special events or to reach out to the administration for a tour.
  4. Support: Financial donations can be made to help provide the opportunity for other students to attend our program.
How do we pay tuition?

Foundations Academy uses a company called FACTS for tuition management. This company gives the parent complete online access to their account and gives a variety of options on your payment plan. You may pay ACH drafts at no additional fee or use debit/credit cards for a small percentage of the amount paid.

What is your application fee, registration fee, and annual tuition?

What is your school safety policy?

At Foundations Academy we have a full-time Security Director on sight. Our school’s exterior and hallway doors remain closed and mag-locked. Classroom doors remain closed and locked. We conduct a variety of safety drills throughout the year including, but not limited to fire, tornado, and lockdown. All staff and volunteers undergo a background check. All staff carry a walkie-talkie for quick notification of an emergency. There are a variety of other safety procedures that we are not at liberty to disclose to ensure the safety of the children.
